Jodi Gregory has been the owner and founder of Access Information Services, Inc. for 20 years. She has been in the business of providing organizations with targeted market and industry analysis, competitor tracking, customized industry monitoring, litigation support and other information to address client’s business information requirements. Her clients range from small, independently owned companies to Fortune 50 global corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. She is a partner in WebSmart Seminars, training companies how to search the internet effectively.
Jodi was selected to share her strategies for starting and building a successful information research service for the book, titled Super Searchers Make It On Their Own. She has been quoted in the Information Scientist. Jodi currently serves as columnist for Cyberskeptic’s Guide to Internet Research. She is a Past President (2006) on the Board of Directors for the Association of Independent Information Professionals.
Jodi lives in Dayton, Ohio with her husband, Drew, two children and a lab mix.

Becky Mascari-Cox, RMC & Associates, works with small to medium sized organizations to help them strengthen their human resource systems and improve profitability. Becky brings over 20 years of experience in helping organizations "get it right" in the new workplace of accountable-empowerment, trust and teamwork.
Becky is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is Meyers-Briggs (MBTI) qualified. She is connected to the Dayton community and serves on the Boards for the Dayton Urban League, the Miami Valley Human Resource Association, Women in Business Networking and the Dayton Diversity and Inclusion Partners.
Above all, she loves helping organizations leverage their employees’ skills and talents to create productive, energized workplaces that engage the human spirit and move the business forward.
Amy Cary

Amy Cary has worked as Business Manager of the law firm Roberson Law since 1998. She started working at Roberson Law after graduating from Wright State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications. Amy is in charge of marketing and business operations for the firm, which also requires managing the employees of Roberson Law. Amy is constantly working on developing systems and processes for improved client relations and firm promotion, which has attributed to the firm adding over 250 new clients in 2011 resulting in over 3,500 total clients.
In addition to managing the clients and staff at Roberson Law, Amy is past Co-Director of the Dayton region of the Christian Marketplace Network where she served as a committee member for ten years. Amy has served for the past two years as Exhibitor/Market Place Chair for the annual WiBN Professional Development Conference. When Amy is not working, she is active with her church and her family, which includes her husband, Marc, of 16 years and her two little girls, London and Brooklyn.

For over 25 years, Harriet has been a successful entrepreneur in the restaurant business. She has now transitioned into helping businesses as a sales agent for Colonial Life Insurance, which is a leader in voluntary and supplemental insurance for businesses. Her Colonial Life Insurance portfolio of clients includes large, medium, and even small businesses with as few as three employees.
Harriet has been awarded several Entrepreneur awards during her career in the restaurant and catering business. In addition, a few of her many successes include: creating Truffles Café and Catering first in Cross Pointe Center in 1986 and secondly at Town and Country inside Books and Co. Her “café within a store” concept with Truffles Café and Catering serving clients inside of Books and Co, was the first in the United States. She was also instrumental in starting the upscale concessions at The Fraze Pavilion as well as all backstage catering for the first three years.
Harriet is married to George and together they have two grown children Anthony and Kate and two grandchildren. She is involved in the community and is also a life long member of the Greek Orthodox Church. She enjoys reading, cooking, baking and spending time with her family……….especially her grandchildren Madison and Anthony!

Tina is founder and CEO of Windward Design Group LLC. She is a natural entrepreneur with a professional, consultative spirit. With over 25 years of experience and excellent customer testimonials, she is no stranger to the industry. Her blended government, nonprofit, small business, and corporate background gives her an upper edge in the industry as a leading consulted of integrated marketing, communications, public relations, branding, crisis communications, and media relations. She is extremely passionate about her work, attentive to client needs, creative in her approach, driven by quality results, and determined to provide cost effective solutions.
She is also founder and owner of Next Level Presenters LLC, where she performs career consulting and group training for corporations, businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations. Specialties include presentations that pop, speech writing, crisis communications, media relations, social media strategy and protocol, developing and managing your personal brand, how your body speaks (body language), networking knowhow, and taking it all to the “next level”.
Tina serves on the WiBN Advisory Board as Marketing Advisor. She served as Entrepreneurial Group Facilitator in 2010/11. Awards include Top 25 Women to Watch - Women in Business Networking, 2009 and American Advertising Chapter of Dayton Mercury Awards Honoree, 2010.
She has a BS in management with a marketing and public relations focus. Tina is married to David and has three adult sons and two grandsons. Her office “helper” is a lovable Black Lab, Clancey. Tina loves photography and is a sailing fanatic as captain of her boat, Dances With Wind. She believes in giving back to the community and volunteers on a number of nonprofit boards and committees.

Jeanne Porter is the founder and president of Women in Business Networking, the Miami Valley’s leading organization for women in business. W-i-B-N provides women in our region with forums for networking so women can achieve career and personal success through education, resources, relationships, and recognition.
Jeanne also publishes WiBN’s e-newsletter called “Monday Morning Moments” each week. Prior to WiBN Jeanne developed the program and served as director of the Warren County CASA program – known as Court Appointed Special Advocates program – through Juvenile Court. Jeanne is a member of the National CASA Association Leadership Institute and the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Greene County Family Visitation Center.
Previously Jeanne served on the Sinclair Community College Enrichment Series Committee, the Springboro Community Board, the Ohio CASA Association Board of Directors and has served as vice president of the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce. While serving on the Dayton Woman’s Club Board of Directors, Jeanne was Chair of Business Outreach. She attended Central Arizona College and Sinclair Community College and has studied business management and social services. She and her husband, Mike, live in Kettering, and they have five adult children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mary is a Registered Nurse who has specialized in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families for 35 years. She is a Certified Gestalt Therapist and a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a member of the Ohio Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association. Mary has provided supervision to Mental Health students from Sinclair Community College.Wright State University and the Miami Valley hospital. She has been a mentor ,a consultant to several local businesses and has taught Mental Health Technology students Group Dynamics for 17 years at Sinclair Community College.

Christine graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a major in Accounting and Finance. Prior to establishing QCG, she was an audit manager for a Denver-based CPA firm. She worked on over 40 clients; majority of which are publicly-traded entities; and seven are based in Europe, Asia, and Canada. She led multiple global audit engagement teams and was involved in successful capital-raising activities.
Christine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She serves on the OSCPA Accounting and Auditing Committee and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee. She is also widely involved in many non-profit fundraising efforts in the Dayton area. She is a licensed CPA in Ohio, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Shelby Carpenter serves as the Administrative Assistant for Women in Business Networking. She is a native Daytonian and graduated from Middletown High School. Shelby attends National College studying Business Management. She has two sons, Zach 16 and Nick 19.
