WiBN Facilitation Advisor 

 

Becky Mascari-Cox, RMC & Associates, works with small to medium sized organizations to help them strengthen their human resource systems and improve profitability. Becky brings over 20 years of experience in helping organizations "get it right" in the new workplace of accountable-empowerment, trust and teamwork.  Becky is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is Meyers-Briggs (MBTI) qualified. She is connected to the Dayton community and serves on the Boards for the Dayton Urban League, the Miami Valley Human Resource Association, Women in Business Networking and the Dayton Diversity and Inclusion Partners.  Becky serves on the WiBN Conference Committee and Membership Committee.

WiBN Community Relations Advisor

 

 Cheryl Malone is the Indiana Wesleyan University Regional Director of Market Development for the Adult Education Services department. She is responsible for marketing Indiana Wesleyan University’s on-site and on-line programs in new community markets and with associations. Cheryl has vast leadership and human resource experience as a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. She served at a variety of stateside and overseas bases as well as the Pentagon. Her home town is Southport, North Carolina, she has been with Indiana Wesleyan University for 3 years. She has a masters in counseling and has received the Meritorious and Commendation Medals along with various leadership awards.  Cheryl is the Action Team Leader for the WiBN Mentorship Program and serves on the Sponsorship and Conference Committees.

Christine Quijote-Oakes

Christine Quijote-Oakes graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a major in Accounting and Finance. .

Prior to establishing QCG, she was an audit manager for a Denver-based CPA firm. She worked on over 40 clients; majority of which are publicly-traded entities; and seven are based in Europe, Asia, and Canada. She led multiple global audit engagement teams and was involved in successful capital-raising activities. Christine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She serves on the OSCPA Accounting and Auditing Committee and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee. She is also widely involved in many non-profit fundraising efforts in the Dayton area. She is a licensed CPA in Ohio, New Mexico, and Colorado. Christine serves as the Action Team Leader for WiBN Finance Commitee and as an WiBN Ambassador and facilitator of "Hot Topics" Koffee Talk.

Debra Ghysels, ASP Master Stager and President of Debra’s Designs Home Staging and Redesign has the largest home staging firm in the Greater Dayton Area. The real estate business is changing the way  properties are being sold because of the expectations of today’s buyers. State Certified to instruct on Home Staging, Debra has introduced and educated professionals as well as home owners in the successful methods of selling properties for more money and in less time. She has lived in the area for over 18 years and is the Executive Vice President of Millennium Metals, Inc, a member of the Springboro Chamber of Commerce, and the Dayton Women’s Council of Realtors, serves as President of the Downtown Morning Toasters, and Action Team Leader of the WiBN Ambassador Team and Registration, she also serves as a WiBN Ambassador and facilitator of "Hot Topics" Koffee Talk. Tina Marker is founder and owner of Windward Design Group LLC. She has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, strategic planning, marketing, public relations, media relations, branding and design, crisis communications, and event management. She graduated from Nyack College with a BS in Management with a concentration in marketing and public relations. Tina serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Hannah's Treasure Chest, on the Executive Committee for the American Heart Association’s Go Red Campaign, Vice Chair of Public Relations for Downtown Morning Toasters (Toastmasters), and is a member and serves on the WiBN Business Advisory Board and Ambassador Team. Teresa Zumwald is a communications consultant, project manager, copywriter, speechwriter and author with 25 years of professional experience. She is owner and president of Zumwald & Company, which provides strategy, internal and external communications, and speechwriting services to organizations ranging from large corporations to small businesses. Specialties include corporate communication, customer  communication, employee/member communication, marketing communications, media relations/public relations and publications. Her work has been published in more than 35 magazines, journals and corporate publications, both internal and external, and she is the author of three corporate history books. Before creating Zumwald & Company in 1989, Teresa was a communications specialist for Geographic Information Services at Woolpert, a national design, engineering and geospatial firm.
