Women in Business Networking (WiBN) is a Miami Valley based organization in which women in business encourage one another's professional growth and success.  Our members are a mix of female entrepreneurs, business owners and key players in business to business services and the non-profit environment.

The women of WiBN share a motivation for achievement and prosperity.  Members build relationships with other dynamic women, learn from one another, and share resources in order to achieve their goals.

The WiBN experience is designed to be motivating and rewarding for women who value and actively practice the principles and process of networking.  Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that is supportive, educational, and dynamic so women may:

  • Have easy and unlimited access to one another's encouragement, knowledge, talents, and resources.  WiBN members and friends connect with one another during monthly networking events, through the WiBN website, and in the course of their own contacts.

  • Improve their networking skills and abilities.  Monthly events offers a combination of informal and structured networking activities that highlight techniques for making connections and pursuing your career and business goals.  The WiBN newsletter "The Connection News", distributed each month, presents strategies for being effective in your business, creating contacts, building relationships, and realizing the benefit of networking practices.

Our philosophy is welcoming and non-competetive.  Memberships are not restricted to one person per industry or employment type, we do not require lead quotas, and we do not have a policy against membership with other networknig organizations.  Instead, we encourage members to enhance their networking abilities, foster meaningful partnerships with others, and help one another to grow and prosper.

If so, you can rest assured that it is from the heart.  We do not offer referral bonuses to our members to recruit; so when someone recommends WiBN, it is because they really want the dynamic women they meet to know about us.  If you're interested in creating meaningful business connections with other women, we'd love to include you.

Lunch & Learn
 Every 4th Tuesday of the month, we  hold a Lunch & Learn from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm with registration beginning at 11:00 at the Dayton Racquet Club, 29th Floor, Kettering Tower,  downtown Dayton.  Cost $23 (includes tax and gratuity) .  for non Status +Plus Members, $18(includes tax and gratuity) for Status +Plus WiBN members. WiBN Lunch and Learn will give you an opportunity to learn more about women in the Miami Valley along with inspiring speakers each month.  Please visit our events page for 2010 dates.

Come join a dynamic group of women with diverse backgrounds, education and occupations. Women in Business Networking aims to make a difference in the lives of women, to foster personal and professional development and to provide a friendly forum for networking and growth.

Women are provided the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, make new business and social contacts, exchange ideas, and share knowledge and experiences.

It's all about the contacts. What makes this networking organization different and unique is the women only concept. We all have similar issues, problems, and successes with other women in business. Our contacts will create lifelong clients and friendships.
